Return & Exchange Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@wovlara.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24โ48 hours with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5โ7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer โ please share your account details when raising the request.
Exchanges We offer free exchanges on the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
