How do I cancel my order?
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp or email. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
My order hasn't arrived. What do I do?
Check your tracking link sent via SMS. If it's been more than 7 days, contact our support team with your order number.
I received a damaged product. What now?
Take a photo of the product and packaging, and send it to support@wovlara.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across India. You pay only when your order is delivered at your doorstep — no advance payment needed.
